Grabbing the Crotch
When I played university hockey, we often shared the ice with the figure skaters. Sometimes the hockey players would join the skaters. I always had trouble lifting the female skaters up above my head. I then figured the best way was to grab their crotch with one hand and grab a breast with the other hand sort like the pic below.
