Did some searching and I found a longer version, but no info on the woman in the video or what video it’s from. I do know it’s from AMX, an old porn video distributor. They were around when the internet was still young so they’re basically lost media. Which is a real shame since I’ve heard they had really good public nudity stuff as you can see. Not all hope is lost, I found that some of their videos have been uploaded to erome.com.

Years ago I had the entire AMX public nudity series on VHS -- it's all gone and I got none of it transferred to digital which shows what a loser I am....
