Mixed nude European sauna experiences

Does anyone know anything more about the thermal baths in Kassel? (Kurhessen).

They seem quite local to me, absolutely not touristy.

They are quite far from Frankfurt and Dortmund, Hamburg so they probably have 90% local guests.

What I can't figure out is whether they are nudist thermal baths or not.
Apparently only the saunas are 100% nudist (except on Mondays), but not the pools.

Maybe just that pool for cooling off after the sauna that has imitation stone and large pieces of wood.

I also read reviews that the sd is basically at least mixed with that nudist zone?

Does anyone know anything more?

I wanted to help. As I speak German I looked at their Website, which is just annoying. There is no map, so you have to read all their stupid descriptions and try to count the saunas together.
Whatever, it is the biggest place near Kassel, the sauna area is nude, the swimming pool area (therme) is swimsuit. The sauna are should have outdoor pools, but the website is a mess and I cannot really figure out. Sorry I can't help.more.
If you are not already there, choose Frankfurt or Hamburg.

Nice little fact about Vabali Hamburg: When I last visited, I had had a nasty bug a while before, and even after I got better I had to keep to a specific diet for quite some time. So I looked at the Menu at their Restaurant, and even if I could not order any of the meals as it was, I defined one myself based on what I realized they had in their kitchen from said menu. And the waiter did not blink or argue, he just wrote it down, and it arrived in 15 minutes, special for me, well made, at what I think was a reasonable price. That's quality.

I just want to feel comfortable.
When visiting smaller spas (in hotels) it wasn't good.

Lots of old people and even men staring at you all the time.

What worries me about my next visit to K u B is the huge crowds and some old people staying there. (Reviews from the internet).

Does anyone have any experience with weekends and how busy it is? (K u B). Considering that they can accommodate 1000 people, I hope for at least half the audience.?

I would visit Vabali on Friday.
Considering that they are in a busy place, what kind of audience is there?
Families, young people, couples, old people 50+.?

And yes. Are all the outdoor pools properly open now in winter/spring?

Trip to A is booked. Does anyone have recommendations for days and times to visit Z in A and E in R? Looking for busy times when demographic is generally 20-35 and there’s lots to see. Planning one day in each place. Thank you!

For Z in A I think Friday evenings and weekends are the best. Mondays can be slightly dull. Really envious of you! I was at Z last November and I had a wonderful time.

Definitely Friday Saturday or Sunday. Check in at 3pm and stay until they close

For Z, I agree with the others who recommended Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. But would add that:
- you should look at weather forecasts and try to choose a 70+ degree suny day because there is a lovely outdoor area for nude sunbathing that is tightly packed and along the main walkway that makes for spectacular viewing
- Friday or Saturday with a 3pm arrival with a plan to stay to close is best as once the liquor flows inhibitions drop (ie people begin walking and standing around completely nude increases)
- if you choose Sunday I'd suggest getting there at noon as the place gets quiet on Sunday evenings for obvious reasons
- whatever you decide, bok in advance as Z isn't very big and you could get turned away
