I also found her as French. I looked for clues. No license plate visible and not heating units I could see in any pics of her at home. Euro heating units are different than USA. She is a mom of a small child. Look at the pic of her sitting in the cargo area of the car and behind her is a child car seat. The driver's door is unique and maybe someone knows if it is a French car or not.

She lived in Meaux (Seine-et-Marne). The holiday photos are from 2009's summer. The TV magazine increased its price in June 2010. There are about thirty photos of her on the web, very easy to find. Good luck because I don't know how to post zip on 1CC (I'm French, translated by google)
