Actually, I do this quite often at all spas that I can have a day pass (this is what I am doing right now in a Polish spa, just went to my locker to get new towels).

I spend a lot of time at the pools and jacuzzis, swimming a lot of times, 10-15 min each, visit lots of saunas, during summer of course I sunbath a lot, I visit the restaurant twice for 2 light courses and of course I visit the relaxation rooms so I can read and even take a small power nap.
