You need to start a conversation with him and, after telling him you know he has the photos and you are okay with it (what else can you be) ask to see them as you are not sure you have copies of them all. Even if they don't swing, or if they do and you and wife aren't interested, at least get photos swapped first

Wife and I set up at a flea market this summer and sold lots of stuff,I had 6 paper weights I made and had them holding down old maps,the paper weights were pics of my wife on wood with acrylic,mostly from the back side topless and 2 were front topless and a nude,she said only put out the nudes when i'm out looking at other peoples stuff,so when she was go I gave them to guys buying other stuff free,our next show I have a photo frame to sell for 5 bucks and in it i put an SD card in it,guess whats on the SD card,there is a guy I do know that sets up and I'll tell him about it,if he doesn't want it who knows who will end up with it.

The SD card starts out at the river on a hike,after 4 photos she starts with her shirt and down to her bra and panties the next 5 down to nothing and about 10 totally,next set is walking out to the pool clothed,then after a few more pics down to the thong and bikini to and then off with it,next set is at the river on a rock and then after 10 pics down to just her and the last set in the shower and last pic on the bed showing a good close up.

I've been on the opposite side of this several years ago with work colleagues. A co worker had hard drive full of films for sale on a large hard drive. I bought them but he wanted the hard drive back. He never gave any instructions so I paid and took it home. He knew the photos were on there. He wanted you to see them, he just had to make a show for plausible deniability.

I kind of thought the same. If you take pics you know exactly where they are. Also if you let someone take your hard drive you would definitely check the drive first. I changed jobs a short while after but I bet over time a conversation would have started about the drive. If I see him any time soon I'll return the favour. At least he knows I didn't tell anyone.

It happened to me twice during this employment, I needed Microsoft works as my original was damaged.
I asked about and finally got a co worker to make a zipped copy. When I opened the disk to unzipped there was another folder with his partner posing naked. Another fantastic buzz.
