In your second post: the first two are from Secret Garden Party and the second two are from Empty Hills (a Russian festival, now defunct). In the previous post, that background looks a bit like where they hold Rainbow Gathering. The last two could be Oregon Country Fair. I've seen pictures from there of people painted up the same way, but not those particular ones.
