Mixed nude European sauna experiences

I enjoyed an excellent visit to Amsterdam earlier in 2023 which included a couple of sauna experiences. As an English guy, I find it exhilarating to see attractive young females comfortable in a nude environment. A huge cultural difference compared to the UK. I also like to show off my body too (albeit in a subtle and respectful way).

First, I went to Sauna Van Edmond. There was plenty of eye candy to enjoy throughout most of the day. A notable moment came in the sauna when one lady struck up conversation with a couple of early 20 something girls about their tattoos, i was sat between them and one girl was talking through her various tattoos so i could be checking her out whilst seemingly looking at her tattoos. Also a couple of youngish American women came in to the showers which brought on a semi for me. I saw them later in the changing room and heard that they mentioned men get excited in passing.. pretty sure that was mentioned as they knew i was also in the changing room. One more encounter, i spotted a young English couple i'd say both approx 19, the boyfriend had a semi for quite some time. I went in to the showers when they were in there, this brought on a semi for me too. Although she looked a little sheepish, I hope the young lady was flattered about the two semis on show.

The following day I went to Spa Zuiver, much bigger than the more local community feel of Sauna Van Egmond. Another feast for the eyes. The first moment that springs to mind on this visit was the arrival of two early twenties ladies. They headed straight for the shower. I thought i'd follow suit. I was checking the girls out and yes i got excited again. The look on one girls face suggested she didn't mind at all, she turned around to face me and kept her gaze in my direction as she washed herself. I definitely got the feeling the tight bodied brunette was a bit of an exhibitionist. Saw the duo later in the jacuzzi. there was an older fella in there who i think was wanking under the water. The two ladies got out of the jazuzi after a while but lingered around the area as me and the older guy were clearly having a very good look and neither of us hid this. Once again no embarrassment or modesty was evident.. very enjoyable.

Overall a positive experience from my time in Amsterdam. I have ties in Brussels, Belgium. This will be next on my list for nudey spa fun. Any recommendations would be most welcome.

Also love to hear about more real expereiences in sauna/spa environments.

I've only had the opposite experience. Went to a big German spa with a platonic female friend.she had massive bush and was definitely getting some looks.practicly all the girls there were shaved, a few closely trimmed but no other natural bushes.

Do saunas make guys have BIG erections? Because you know guys shrink when its cold.... Imagine sitting in the mixed sauna surrounded by men and they all have BIG erections

Yes first time at a nude spa. And we had no idea before that Germans were so universally hairless. Here in Sweden it is more mixed

No it shrinks when it gets very hot. Erections in sauna is no no, people can complain to the staff and in worst case you can be thrown out.

I see many young couples, where the girl is teasing the boyfriend and he cannot control him self. I think the girls do it do get them hooked

Very seldom you meet women that want to tease you, if you are alone in the sauna it can happen you give the woman what she wants

I've not been to a mixed sauna but did a short course (2 days) in relaxation massage and massage my family and friends regularly and my neighbour got big when I rubbed his buttocks because it moves his penis against the table and blasted sperm onto my table! I miss penises so much since hubby!

You can easily find saunas in Amsterdam or Belin full of men with BIG erections. But there will only be men 😁

I've go to the tennis club everyday now and its fun to be surrounded by men in shorts always but no sauna there, just showers and they aren't mixed.
