I might not be able to try all of them due to time constraints. Hope that there is a good mix of gender, and ages and I can share my own encounters here.

-Crack one out before you go
-Play it cool
-Showers are the best place to see nudity
-Keep hydrated
-Go with your wife / girlfriend: you blend in more and may get an extra kick from seeing her naked and / or seeing others admiring her
-Remember what you've seen and hopefully be comfortable sharing experiences

If "Crack one out before you go" means taking a blue pill and walking around witha boner, don't do that. European nudity is relaxed because it isn't sexual. Prancing around with a boner is crossing the line and will likely get you kicked out.

100% agree with this. Especially if you visit on an evening after work or on a weekend, there will be plenty of very attractive totally naked girls. If you think there's any chance you'd get aroused while taking a shower right next to a cute naked girl, or sitting across from a naked beauty in the sauna who is slightly spreading her legs, it's worth unloading prior to your visit. You do not want to get an erection there.

I didn’t think of it before but yes, will make sure to masturbate/ crack one out before going to reduce the chances of an erection.

For the period which I am in the NL, I have free time on weekdays from dinner time onwards & weekends. So will book a slot on Sunday when it opens.

Have also noted that weekdays after work & Sunday from opening to 5pm is the best time.

I recall that a swimming pool (non nude) which I went to in the past had female University swimmers which went there to train. During the evening hours till the time which it closes and the early morning would be the optimal time to appreciate the beauty of their hardwork & athletic figure. Swimming is a really good whole body workout, good for cardiovascular system & low impact on the joints. Of course also being able to appreciate eye candies are added bonus 🏊*♀️

There’s several other sauna resorts which I read are related to Elysium & Thermen holiday, including spasense, spaweesp, thermen barendrecht, zwaluwhoeve. Except these are not easily accessible by public transport.

Perhaps I will need to make another trip back to the NL to try out the different saunas again 😂. After my sessions I hope share my account here. For this trip, I will be meeting friends, but they don’t visit saunas, so I will just enjoy it but make sure to be discreet, enjoy the wellness experience and blend in with everyone else and not stare or follow anyone.

TBH I find the implied hypocrisy behind this annoying. I'm not knocking londondude, but the philosophy behind the distaste for male arousal.

No one cares about female genital dampness or parting quim lips. But if a guy pays a nearby female the compliment of a chubby or an erection it is considered inappropriate.

Strangely this applies less to couples than men alone. For example, when I would visit London's Rios Spa alone, I knew it was wise not to be erect in the public areas. OTAH when my wife and I were there on Saturday couples even I was often erect with my wife as were other guys with their partners.
A couple together looks safer, I guess?
