I think they slipped down while she was struggling with the shithead rent-a-cop. And you can bet he left her that way on purpose. That "officer" should be handcuffed with HIS pants down at the front of that Walmart for six months, as punishment for what he did. I really can't stand people like that.

I have not idea what's going on in this photo. Is she being arrested? Searched? Rescued? Are they putting her clothes on, or taking them off?
