While there's nothing incontrovertible in that clip, checking others in that numerical sequence confirms Romania, specifically Vama Veche; there's one from the Book Beach and the following several, including 13050, are most likely from a bit north of there...

i am pretty certain it CANNOT be benalnatura, as the building is too low, i have been there personally and you cannot see that far down the coast....
it is taken from a video that is mostly benalnatura though so assume its somehwere nearby...t
