You are right Oakleyboy, that this pic yields quite a few results on doing a RIS but I know she has been asked about on this thread before and I believe there were more results, with a few more pics. Some of the results I got say she is French, but in studying the pic, it was taken in the UK or Rep of Ireland, based on the electricity socket.
I know I have seen a request for her before, with some sort of response, so please check back.
