I think that was a typo there. It's Ines Cudna, a pro big tit model. Look on the relevant sites for her (like Score) She should not be posted on here.

Yandex gives some hits on this one, but mostly on parts of the ex rodent sites, which these days brings you to a dead end.

Searching for her from a collage is never easy, so try splitting this down into 4 separate pics first. Also you will find that a pic of a woman eating a banana may be suggestive to you, but not to an algorithm - it will just throw up more pics of other people eating bananas! So to be more successful it would be better to have another pic without such distractions and work from there.
