But why do you think this is Blacks Beach? The asian girl looks to be the same as your previous post, which seems to be at the bottom of the goat trail. I've been to that beach at least 100 times and it is a tough place to get to. There aren't many (none that I know of) activities at night there because the beach is at the bottom of a 300 foot cliff and the trail is challenging in day light. Since there are no lights on the beach or on the trail, I can't imagine anyone trying to get down there or stay down there after dark.

You can get there by walking along the beach too; you don't need to take the trail.

I know I've walked there from Torrey Pines (north) and La Jolla Shores (south), but it's a couple of miles along the beach from either and based on the tide, you could get cut off. In any case, Blacks Beach would be pitch dark at night; it would seem really unusual for anyone to stay that late or to go after dark.

There's a paved service road that goes down to the south side of Black's Beach- from there you can walk north all the way to the state park section. I used the road all the time when I would take my yellow Lab to go swimming in the surf. I lived in the area many years ago attending UCSD and working at Scripps.
