What the hell are we looking at? For reference, here's the definition of voyeur:
"a person who gains sexual pleasure from watching others when they are naked or engaged in sexual activity."

So, how does any of this fit?

I think that you selected the definition that suits you. Here is the definition from Merriam Webster Dictionary https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/voyeur

: one obtaining sexual gratification from observing unsuspecting individuals who are partly undressed, naked, or engaged in sexual acts
broadly : one who habitually seeks sexual stimulation by visual means
2: a prying observer who is usually seeking the sordid or the scandalous

what stimulates one person may bore another, so it's hard to criticize his post

Bear in mind that he chose the Upskirt & Downblouse section for this thread, and as such, ALL pictures should be either of those two, so six pictures from the first post were removed for not being upskirt nor downblouse.
