Orthodox Women Bathing (in transparent dresses!)

I'm not sure if this is once a year Epiphany bathing, or a regular thing. Either way:

None of them wear bras. Is this coincidence, culture or commandment?
They wear the flimsiest, see through fabric
Many don't wear panties
And many say their prayers.

The juxtaposition of conservative religious women getting naked in public like this is a real thrill. Can't find much info about it though.
