I have a couple of hostel stories that I relive in my mind very often. So my wife is Japanese and we lived in hostels for a couple of years around Australia a few years back.

One time we both had a bit to drink and fell asleep in our 6 bed dorm in the late afternoon. The dorm also had 2 doors to two private rooms so there was a bit of traffic coming and going.
