There is an information in the file to rotate it, but now all the viewers can do that. If you simply save the file in photoshop, it put the righ rotation no matter what, but sometimes you need to rotate manually

Ignorance: They do not know how to rotate their photos.

And/or

Ambivalence: They do not care what their posts look like.
