Some female friends of mine ride in Toronto every year. Usually I go too, but I was not able to this year. Generally they have a great time. But this year they were very upset, the guys at the start of the ride, before they were on bikes were swarming them very closely, trampling on their bikes, holding their phones within inches of their bodies, etc. They feel very unsafe and upset.

Anyone who thinks it is ok, or not harassment for guys to act that way needs to give their head a shake. And the bottom line is that they likely won't do the ride again, because of the bad experience. And these are not exactly feminazis, they do the ride because they love attention and being naked. So you can be as sanctimoniously right as you want, but when you drive all the women away, it spoils it for everyone. I really don't know what changed to make this year worse than prior years. But it is a bad trend.

I'd put my money on constant brainwashing from the feminazis. The snappers among us (not to be confused with the iPhone/point and shoot nuisance pervs) predicted that things would go this way and they have done just that. It's such a shame as Brighton WNBR was once a glorious event of good natured protest and the kind of unrestrained fun the town is well known for.

I reckon there were many fewer photographers back in 2014.
It's not brainwashing - many people don't like having cameras constantly pointed at them, regardless if the camera is a DSLR or a phone. I think many people also started to get annoyed with the constant "can I take your photo?" - but prefer that to not being asking.

Fdooby - but I think we'll both agree, it isn't the event it once was.

If they are, I haven't found a single photo showing both women together in the same photo.

If it wasn't for the difference in earrings (red vs blue), I probably would have assumed that these pics were all of the same individual. Even for twins there's a strange number of identical details... same style of hair, same glittery nipples, same sunglasses, same backpack, same socks and shoes, same watch, and same bike.

In my opinion, this is the type of lovely perfection where you assume God breaks the mold... but maybe God did not, and blessed us with two of these incredible beauties.
I want further proof of this possible miracle. Please help with further photographic evidence. Is there a photo of the two together?

Totally agree with your comment, i didn't do the ride but i was at the start which seemed fairly friendly no over zealous marshals like 2017, but at Old Steine no dancing groups as in previous years, the band were there as usual but not many dancing to them. I witnessed a couple of incidents of photographers being confronted by annoyed riders at Old Steine, it just didn't seem to be as friendly as years gone by.

A lot of the girls only ride for a short time and I think she was one. You see snaps and kind of assume they must have done the whole ride and you can't work out why you never saw them - but she didn't go over Waterloo Bridge unless my powers of observation have substantially diminished.
