If you want to help them out then be my guest. As far as my being here for 10 years and only 30 posts is because I registered 10 years ago, but I haven't been here much if at all for years. That being said, you're correct that those with 20,000 posts might be upset by the noob requests. If you take a look back at the thread you'll see there are a lot of posters with 20,000 or more posts that have complained about the same thing and it doesn't change a thing.
