Every time I try to post It tells me th file is too big. Is there a way to make them smaller? Im not good with computers.

what is it your trying to post, a video OR a photo ?

If your using windows XP, theres an addon you can install which will enable you to right click and select resize.
Do a search on google for resize image I wish i could help more, but i mainly work with videos.
Hopefully someone else can step in on this thread with an easy option for you.
