From what cases have been in papers/on the news, only those that have posted images/vids with malicious intentions have been prosecuted, usually they are ex's or people blackmailing others. People that re-share on here what they find elsewhere won't get done for "revenge porn", as any requests to have the content removed would usually be done by the mods/admin.

I know this because I've been a admin and mod on similar sites to this for years, and have dealt with several UK police forces. If a site obeys a request to remove content, that is usually the end of the matter. They only pursue those that post underage stuff, and malicious style posts.

the person you know must have either posted content of his ex, or maliciously posted content to embarras or harm the other person.

i cant go into detail about what he did but he was tricked into doing it by a 'cuck' online. anyway, if peoples lives are seriously gettign ruined by it, i'm out.
