Questions on two videos passing muster

Attached are two videos I'd LIKE to add to my videos thread but want mods to OK them first. One is a very, very common 'blowing dude while on the phone with her bf' that I've seen LOTS of places, but it comes from Amber Skyy's clips4sale page. Not watermarked, but I know that its from there. Is that kosher?

The other one claims in.cest, but doesn't make a big point about it. I'll upload the vid, please by all means take it down if you need to. Gorgeous girl, tig ol' biddies, nice ass, and overall a good vid and a good series of vids (there are quite a few), but I'd like authorization first...

First one, Rule 7 applies,

7. Please don't post material taken from adult magazines, professional porn movies, or pay sites. Not even their free samples.

Second one, Rule 10 applies,

10. Don't post any illegal (or generally tasteless) material or links to websites with illegal content. (No shemales. No transexuals. No scat. No watersports. No bestiality. No **** etc...)

I'm pretty sure it's still illegal.

Last, but not least,

3. Only upload videos in the movie forums. Otherwise you may upload videos to a file sharing site and post a link in the "Free Sites" or "Rapidshare" forum. You may not post videos within .ZIP or .RAR files in any forums other than the movie forums.
