This comes up a fair bit so it's time to introduce some folk around here to a bit of internet forum etiquette.
So, you were late posting in chain game thread....well don't be a selfish prick and expect everyone to understand. Use the delete function. It's really easy......

Here is how it works...
So, you post a pic and you see you are late and some one has posted ahead of you...
At the bottom right of your screen you will see an edit button..click it.
You will then see a screen where you can delete your post in two easy steps...

Great, now you have the power to be well mannered in an internet forum.

Thanks for the lesson. I would appreciate it more if I actually didn't already know that information.

So, in order to correct the presumptuous tone of the quoted post, here is a further lesson:

How to determine time lapse, and is that time lapse greater than the forums' configured 'edit button' time out. So, take the earliest time of the post in question, and subtract from the latest time of the next post in question. Now if the resulting time is greater than the forums' configured time out for the 'edit button', editing is not possible.

Now everyone is a better at analyzing the data, and maybe a little less of a presumptuous prick, as you so eloquently stated.
