Everyone holds up 5 fingers. Someone hosts - saying things like: put a finger down if you're wearing jeans, put a finger down if you had sex this week, etc, etc.... In this room they played until a second person lost. Then the first person could pick a person to name the challenge for the 2nd person and vice versa. Consequences may be removing clothes, sometimes one piece of clothing each time you lose, until you are completely naked. Other times whatever the host or challenger deems as suitably challenging. Some challenges involve eating or drinking something or to perform some other act.
Usually the questions are geared by the host toward getting a particular person to lose a round or to lose the game.
That is my observer's view of 5 fingers. If you stumble upon a game in progress - just be quiet and watch unless you are cammed up. People cammed up can participate in suggesting questions, or even taking a turn as host - but if you are just in the room and not cammed up - you better just shut up or compliment people. Asking people to do things in most rooms where you are not cammed up is considered poor form and can often result in a ban.
