I still love this look. When I was a kid in the 60s and early 70s, most women and girls seemed to do this. They often as not wore knickers under their tights as well. I think that's why I still find it a turn-on. It reminds me of those days, and the stuff you associate with your sexual awakening is the stuff that stays with you I guess.

so is, at least in this part of the world, has lost this habit of wearing panties (knickers) over tights, I remember when I was in school girls in uniform wearing pantyhose and above them were wearing panties, I loved to spy on bathrooms or under the stairs to see them, today that's not possible, do not wear panties over the pantyhose, the pantyhose are more warm and do not fall, in addition to more girls put together two pairs of panties under pantyhose but that is impossible to see, at least my girlfriend does, every day is double panties, but it would be great to see them in other girls.
