Default Flickr and Tumblr

There seems to be a lot of members posting pictures from these two sources. While the pictures are great, many of them aren't supposed to be here on OCC. Flickr and Tumblr don't seem to have any rules regarding sources. Many of the pictures posted are professional, watermarked, or have had watermarks edited out. Now I love seeing the pictures, I just don't want to see my favorite amateur site getting sued for copyright infringement.

Here's my questions.
Is there an easy way to tell the pro from the amateur shots?
If there is an album on one of these sites that would be of interest to OCC members, can a link be posted in the free links section instead of having to remove a bunch of member posts?

Thanks for keeping OCC on the up and up!

Default Thanks Fango!

I remember reading the tips to tell if a shot is pro when I first joined. With the continued improvement of digital cameras, it's getting harder and harder to tell!

Thanks for the links to the appropriate sections too. Hopefully this will save you guys a few headaches!
