As a "Test", I'll leave the photos. However, in my humble opinion,
they both look "Pro". In fact if you enlarge the second photo (right side),
you can still see part of what appears to be a "watermark" that was
attempted to be erased!

I had not seen the fainted "watermark".
I cannot remove the photo, perhaps you would be so kind to remove it if you wish.
