"Pantsing" pics are one of my favorites...
I don't know anything about that group specifically.... but I would assume it's probably much like every other similar group like the ones on yahoo etc.... maybe one or two pics that you've never seen, but for the most part just full of pictures that have been pulled from web sites like this, and deffinatly ones you've already seen or have on your HD. I was kinda disapointed with the ones on yahoo.... I contributed a couple of vids and some pics.... checked back in a week.... then two weeks.... I was still the last person to contribute.... Please post if you end up getting in and it's worth a look....
