Go to http://images.google.com
Click the camera icon in the right of the search bar (mouse over the bar if you don't see it)
Click upload an image and browse to the image you downloaded
Done!

I'm sure on facebook the Signal to Noise of good finds is going down.
Took scrolling through about 2000 pictures to find these few, and one is just an upskirt and another just in the background.
