You may have already found this out with what you searched, but it seems to be part of what is at least a 3 part series, and you may need some kind of phone app to view it. Here's at least a video of one of them being shown off on some guys phone (unfortunately not the same part).

Yep, most pages I ended up on were meant for smartphones. BookLive seems to have a reader for PCs, and a free "digest version" of the manga, but the reader is only available in Japanese so I couldn't quite get it to work.

Oh!コマリ~ノ」I think it means Oh! Troubled~no!! its a 3 part manga by author HB, publisher KATTS. Im not 100% sure if this is all correct but its what I've found. hope this helps.

from what I understood, the girl is from a lineage of female fighters who have to marry whoever defeats them.
The hero beat her in a previous volume, and apparently now her (scary) mother wants them to marry each other; so they pretend to be lover and are forced to share a bath, and later a bed together.
