Another women, a white women just did topless stuff, probably for a paysite. I saw a clip once of her on the subway.

Before flash mobs a photographer use to get people to show up somewhere like wall street get naked real flash nd shoot some photos. He was a real artist named Spencer Tunick.

I actually thought about going but overslept.

Some girls would get topless at some of the summer bands events in central park but it stopped because it was considered bad manners as it was day time and there were kids present."

What you'll find does not relate specifically to NYC, but it still falls under the legal umbrella when it comes to top freedom in the state as a whole.
