Does anyone have recommendations of the best vid to high res gif converter? This next performance has I think perhaps the stand-out videoclip of the season so far, and I think it's worth uploading in the image post as well as in the eventual video compilation posts after I've finished the whole season.

Her name is Anna Guilhermina and was one of the leads in Cacilda II and Bacantes and also in the Os Sertoes set of plays which were performed in the early 2000's. It was in the early Os Sertoes play O Homen that she was impregnated by her co-star whilst she was representing the earth and he as an Indian planting seeds for the next harvest. During the scene where he discovers fire , shelter and then agriculture he ploughing the ground and planting seeds in the earth by copulating with Anna. Okay, been distracted recently, but here's the first of two posts for the 3rd September. It's a classic audience performance I think, topped by the best prolonged videoclip to my eyes of the season so far.

Seriously, if anyone wants a gif of the latter, let me know. I tried a couple of converters but the best result even at 640px is 70Mb, which is way beyond the upload limit. Gifs are not really my thing.

The first girl in #1,3,5 is the one I mean. There's a 30 second clip of her pirouetting with the 'black jesus' guy, up close and personal with the camera. Guess it'll wait until the video compilation posts at the end of the run

This video is entitled "Afrodita Pomba Gira / Afrodita Iemanjá, O Banquete - Teatro Oficina" and the Youtube description says it is an excerpt from an internet live stream in Jan 2011.

As this video shows, she did get quite naked … well, actually, the poor resolution and compression of this video leaves out so much detail that you have to infer some things.

However, the video appears to show some incredible audience interaction. Juliane Elting dances up and down the stage, choosing audience members (men and one woman, some of whom she hauls up onstage) for various erotic mini-scenes. At 2m56 she has impaled herself on a guy's finger, at 10m56 she's humping another guy's face -- it appears quite real, although the poor video quality may leave you with some doubts.

According to info I found on the internet, Juliane Elting is indeed a German actress. She is now back in Germany, but she spent 10 years in Brazil with Teatro Oficina. She has a number of short mostly non-nude videos on Vimeo.

This play is supposed to be based on Plato's Symposium (dialogue with speeches in praise of Eros). Aphrodite makes an appearance in some of the speeches. Zé Celso overlays Aphrodite with "Pomba Gira." Wikipedia says that, in certain syncretistic Afro-Brazilian religions, Pompa Gira is a "spirit who personifies female sexuality, beauty and desire," and who "is depicted as a beautiful woman who is insatiable."

Online translation of the Youtube comments in Portuguese run from "It looks like a Satanic cult. How horrible," "Thing of the devil: nudity, drumming, mentions of iemanja," and "Horrible the way Zé Celso uses the elements of Afro Brazilian culture" to "Ive been going to the wrong theater" and "i wish the video had better quality!"
