I found an Ebay listing with an image of it. Sorry that it's so tiny, but it is what it is. I tried to photoshop it a bit to reduce the glare.

It's okay, I E-maild the owner of the issue to upload a better view of the preview page. Also I found a blog site that uploads Issues of Cracked!, I ask the owner of the blog if he could upload issue 360 and he said yes.
