The face and breasts are more alike than you would typically see in siblings. It's kind of hard to tell because in the first pic she's kind of squinting a little bit.

Given that she kept her bottom covered most of the time, I don't get the impression she is a true nudist. She probably isn't a paid model (though I suspect some were used for the 2007 or 2008 Neptune event as they were much better looking and in better physical shape than ever before).
