The "Real-Life Censoring" Guitar Girl

You may remember her from Klondike's post in my thread a while back. I came across the gallery the pic was posted in quite by accident today. As it turns out, the girl's name is Rachel and this was taken at a High School, for some kind of "theme day". So not only is it a real life censoring pic, but it's also a girl underdressed at school.

Weird. I wonder what, if anything, she was really wearing underneath, or if any administrators made her change into something later.
