Because, there's a difference between saying something like "Those were already posted" (and perhaps helpfully providing a link) and saying "??? WTF These calenders were posted ages ago.dare I say REPOST!". Note the difference in tone?

Besides, I specifically said in my post that "2008 and 2009 were previously posted". I couldn't find the exact link to the post they were in earlier in the thread at that precise moment, so I linked to the Flickr pages again, which I did have handy. Just trying to be helpful and bring the previous calendars to the attention of people who may have only seen the new 2010 one.

It's funny what the English class as nude. these ladies are totally naked- and lots of them are naked- and they are totally happy doing so as long as "vital bits" , that is to say nipples, the vulva (or frontal pubic area) are not in shot.

Often called "implied nude."

But yeah- its amazing that so many ladies are totally cool with this, and happy doing it. To show a nipple, of course, would make the whole thing totally different, and certainly not the done thing (or so the thinking goes...) ...

When students, or members of womens tea clubs do it, it's tasteful, arty, fun and cheeky (or so their thinking goes)

When a glamour model in frilly knickers gets her tits out for a calander, thats for the walls of a machanics workshop... (or so the thinking goes...)


It's funny how the pose makes such a difference to how the calander is percieved..


best way is just to sit back and enjoy it!!



My dream would be a calander like this, with a "Full monty" full nude as the last one. Never going to happen, unless there is a slight change in cultural attitudes...
