No, it's from a 10 minute short set in a nudist resort.

Looking up Lesley Nightingale's filmography, it is from the short film The Spy Who Caught a Cold from 1995. It was broadcast on Channel 4 in a series of short films entitled Short & Curlies. It was also the last of her nude appearances on screen, after nude scenes in Spyship (1983), The Return (1986) and A Perfect Spy (1987) (all TV). Hope this helps.
