According to the comments, it's "the invisible dirty old man." But I couldn't say for sure.

Yes, Invisible Dirty Old Man, it was originally concieved of as a live action adaptation of the comic. However, it was never completed. There are two other clips out there of. One is the librarian getting her top and bra yanked off, and then there's one of a girl in a parking garage losing her shirt.

Showing on ME TV, tomorrow (Thursday) or Friday the episode where Marjorie Lord loses her skirt in front of some snotty acting school students. I'm gauging this by the episode guide on IMDB and the reruns have been running in the proper sequence.

It would be great if someone could capture this video or some stills. I don't have the capability.
