Whilst it's nice to see again pics from the past, I would like to see some more recent ones. I know that most amateur photographers don't do B & W nowadays, but surely there are some out there?

The thing is it's so easy to convert them these days I hope this isn't taken as a cue to convert and re-post loads of pics that had already been reposted several time in colour.

I agree that some new photos can look better in B&W, especially artistic outdoor or silhouette but it's pretty pointless for HC I think.

I think the secret is to try it and unless you get an instant 'wow that' looks great' feeling then it's probably better left alone IMO.
