I think a the last three comments miss the point I'm trying to make. I felt a lot of the people coming here to make requests simply didn't know how to find the pics so I offered an alternative to teach them how to do it. Seeing that no one has come to my defense concerning your comments I guess I'll stop beating that poor horse.

I don't think anyone is trying to discount your valiant effort to educate someone on a reverse search. Comment has more to do with nearly each of your posts on this thread, saying to click on the link in your signature and not really providing any content to this thread beyond that statement.

While I admire your efforts to educate the thousands of visitors to these pages, perhaps your new thread should have been titled something more along the lines of "How To Find Who She Is" rather than continuing a new "Who Is She" thread.

I stop by here to see those single, unique or rarely seen images and watch as others assist in finding those jewels that are hard to find or non-existent. Although I am a simple visitor, I do hope we can keep the "Who Is She" thread just exactly that.

Please continue to educate those whom seek assistance, as those folks will forever be roaming the halls of OCC until the end of time.

tom cat is sharing his skill with all member's of how to reverse search,
which I am grateful for, his help in some thing which seemed to be so hard to do . but with his help I can now do .
not every one is good with a computer

If someone posts a photo that I find appealing then I am happy to try to find more, greatly assisted by Tom Cat's valuable tutorials. I don't mind if it is their first post, or their hundredth post. If I find and share something then all who see it hopefully benefit.

Sorry but since the tutorial police have been pounding the thread with the same comments over and over again this thread has been boring. Btw isn't posting the same advice over and over again worse than someone asking for the same girl a couple times. It's exactly the same thing but not enforced by the mods. Which would you rather see the same girl or the same tutorial suggestions on every single page. Just an opinion, if that's still allowed.

Well some have said that they find this thread has become boring since others started objecting to some requests, well some of us who were also trying to help others by looking for more pics had become a little disenchanted with this thread before that. There were requests as first posts (against the rules and etiquette), there were members who seemed to do nothing but post requests, there were members who had posted before but didn't seem to even use the "Thanks" button when someone found them more of what they wanted. I also felt that some were joining merely to be given an opportunity to virtually demand others find what they wanted. All of these problems still persist, but some have learnt a little from the challenges that have been made, become better members probably as a result; others have learnt how to search for themselves, thus increasing the ability of the forum to find the stuff we all enjoy.

I have improved my search techniques, learnt more about how the search engines can be used etc. But I also feel I have learnt to become even more wary of searching for others, because of the issues above. I shall be more selective in future because in some cases it is a thankless task (in more ways than one). I certainly will not search for pics of women that I am not personally interested in. But the danger is that if those who do search feel they are unlikely to get the thanks for then posting their results they may start to feel less inclined to post and keep the resulting pics to themselves. So I agree that this forum is all about posting new finds and stuff you have that no one has seen before, but don't knock the posters who have helped keep it alive. I also feel we should no knock the mods, who on a forum that keeps expanding, do a great job to keep us all within the rules we have signed up to accept. Sometimes they may need that support to help keep this place going.

I've been on here for a long time, have contributed a lot more than I've ever requested, and I'm genuinely puzzled about this. Why is it suddenly such a big sin to ask other users if they have other photos of somebody? Reverse image search is fine, but I almost never find much that way, and anyhow now and then I'm interested in what other members have collected over the years, and what they happen to know about what they've collected. Why is it so terribly wrong to ask them about this once in awhile?

I appreciate the work the mods do, but it just doesn't seem right that people should be constantly scolded and lectured just for asking a question, newbies or not.
