First Time Voyeur

So I was at the gas station and I seen this very attractive young lady pull up. She went inside to pre-pay and I quickly set my phone up to record a video to take caps. Now the video is not up, but I took vid caps for everyone to enjoy.

I looked up 'Voyeur' at: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/voyeur - it says:

1. one obtaining sexual gratification from observing unsuspecting individuals who are partly undressed, naked, or engaged in sexual acts; broadly: one who habitually seeks sexual stimulation by visual means.

2. a prying observer who is usually seeking the sordid or the scandalous

Sorry - what are we supposed to be seeing in these pictures relative to any of the above except for that ridiculous 'broadly' portion of the definition?

Taking pictures of a fully clothed woman with nothing showing walking in a market is voyeurism now?

There is a different type of voyeurism which is the "candid photography" kind. This is the kind that I'm showing everyone here.
