Can we post the miley cyrus no panties upskirt pic or do we have to wait until she is 18?

The short answer would be no. A few people had already posted the upskirt in the Celeb Oops thread which were deleted. Any person under the age of 18 should not be posted, that applies to both nude and non-nude photos. Also, even when she turns 18, the photos taken when she was underage still should not be posted.
