An interesting question, I think the most embarrassing thing for me is a gradual divestment of clothing. There is something embarrassing about sudden and expected nudity of course, but it's the inevitable anticipation of further embarrassment that adds to the excitement and interest, and heightens the eroticism. Particularly because it gives you time to wonder how far it is going to go, just what is being revealed. I also think that the more normal or non-sexual the situation, by contrast, the more erotic the naked embarrassment is. It is in a having a seemingly innocuous or begin setting that highlight the nudity and therefore, I think, amplifies the embarrassment. I have written some erotic fiction based around these ideas, and I have been fortunate enough to roleplay with a few imaginative and articulate people online, and, in my experience, erotic arousal is quite complex and the addition of quite small factors can make a huge difference.
