How did she get stripped ? it's from the troma movie waitress any ideas?

I kinda remember this old flick - I think this gal was a waitress that insulted the chef and complained about his slow work. He responds by threatening her with a cleaver. The next scene shows her trussed up being cooked over the stove until the rest of the staff intervenes.
