How did it start?
How did it attract so many ENF lovers?

Alex will have to answer the "how did it start" question, but OCC attracted so many ENF lovers because when the forum was first opened, Alex posted the link at hmutts_enf, which is the largest ENF group on Yahoo! Groups. That's how I first found out about OCC anyway.
