you would have to think it's a publicity grab, surely no one would be silly enough to bring a photo that was known about by a realitivly small amount of people to the worlds attention by threatning to sue almost 4 years after the event? Won't be long before a previously unknown shot is been downloaded onto millions of computers and phones worldwide.

More model than Actress. She is also the Fiance of the Australian Cricket team's vice captain Michael Clark, kind of the equivalent of being the wife of the US Dream Team I guess.
