Check wikipedia and imdb or just spend a moment googling "Alvin Purple" and you'll learn a lot about this 1970's thing.

Anyone else notice in the video that the girl's dress is clearly loosely velcro'ed onto her or already altered for an e-z off as per the scene? lol

In the context of the episode, it's as completely random as it appears. Alvin and his buddy are rushing to get to his wedding on time and accidentally rip the dress of this girl, knock over a bloke on a ladder, usual slapstick stuff.

The TV series has lots of nudity but this is the only ENF I could find.
