Naomi Watts masturbates in this intense scene from the film Mulholland Drive. You NEVER see anything like this in a Hollywood movie (and Naomi Watts is a staggeringly beautiful woman). The scene has an unpleasant ending, though, as Naomi's character is tearfully getting off to her dead lover one last time, before commiting suicide (thankfully, that part is not shown).
