Image/video rescue software

I want to retrieve some deleted pics and a vid I took with my ex gf about a year ago. We had our fun with the camera. Taking photos of her in the shower and a video of her playing with herself. But once we had finished she made me delete it off my camera.

So, I have been talking to a friend and he suggested I use data rescue software. The problem is all the programs that I have tried so far only seem to go back about 2 months. I need 12-18 months ago.

Can anyone help out.

I will share what I can find.

Have you taken more photos on the same card since deleting those pics? Sorry, but if you have there is a good chance that they've overwritten what was deleted. I don't know what software you've tried, but I can't see why it would only go back a couple of months - I think it is more likely that stuff earlier than that has already been overwritten.

It all depends how much data has been on the card since you deleted the data.
If you had a 1GB card and deleted everything, once you have another 1GB of data onto the card, you old data will be written over and lost. So i am gussing that the 2 year old data will not be reteivable if the card has been in use,
